What data is collected

This website has no forms, comments, newsletter, analytics or advertising. It does not ask you for any personal data.

Only the following technical data is processed:

  • Server logs: like any website, the server records technical data of each visit (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type).
  • Security: the Wordfence plugin records IP addresses and requests to protect the website against attacks and abuse.
  • Cookies: only technical cookies. See the cookie policy.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Security and proper operation of the website: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Loading videos and playing audio from third-party services: your consent, which you give when you click on a video or play an audio file (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Third-party services

  • Hosting: IONOS hosts the website in the European Union and processes the data only on behalf of the website owner.
  • Videos: Vimeo (with the “do not track” option) and YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) only load if you click on the video. From that moment, your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address and may use their own cookies.
  • Audio: audio files are served from archive.org (Internet Archive, United States) and, as a backup, from this website’s own server. When you play an audio file, your browser connects to archive.org, which receives your IP address. This involves a transfer of data to the United States, which you accept by playing the audio.
  • External links: shops (Bandcamp, PayPal…) and other websites linked from here have their own privacy policies.

Retention

Technical and security logs are kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to mikelrnieto@gmail.com.

If you consider that your data has not been processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
